When you develop your strength, you shall be more confident in adding difficulty to your routines. Your students would be challenged and motivated all the same.

Have time to meditate. This exercise is not only to relax your body but your mind as well. When you work on having a complete package, the other aspects of your life shall begin to improve as well. This is important when you are still in the way of reaching your full potential.

Train the sequences on yourself. If they are too hard for a beginner, do not push yourself. Always take the safety of your students into account. In that situation, you can keep your job for as long as you want and find happiness in serving as a role model for a lot of young women.
